Delivery:  Currently UK only.  I aim to post orders within 1-3 business days. Items described as made to order will be despatched in 3 weeks, 2 weeks if they require hallmarking. By special arrangement it may be speeded up. All orders are sent via tracked 48 or Special Delivery, depending on value. These is are insured proof of delivery service  

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me to discuss an alteration, exchange, or refund and return the item/s within 7 days. Work should be returned in perfect condition by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Insured Post at the customer’s expense. Any postal charges will be excluded from a refund.

If, you feel the piece is faulty, please contact me, and in discussion, we can agree on whether repair, replacement, or refund is the best solution. In this situation, we will cover the mailing costs.
